Where we ship
Cat Years products can be ordered and delivered only within the United States.
Order processing
We make commercially reasonable efforts to ship orders within a reasonable time after receipt of your properly completed order. Payment must be received before we accept an order. We may request additional information or cancel/limit an order at any time after it is placed.
Shipping times
Any delivery or shipment timeframes we provide are good-faith estimates and may be subject to change. Product availability may be limited, and certain products may not be available for immediate delivery — in that case, your order will ship when stock becomes available.
Shipping costs and taxes
Applicable shipping and handling fees are added to your order at checkout. Sales tax is collected based on the shipping destination, in accordance with state and local tax requirements. In some jurisdictions, sales tax also applies to shipping and handling charges.
Delays
If your order is delayed beyond the date specified at the time of order — or, if no date was specified, beyond 30 days from the date of your order — we will make reasonable good-faith efforts to contact you. If we cannot reach you or you no longer wish to receive the product, we will cancel the order and refund the amount paid.
Subscriptions
Subscription orders ship at the frequency you selected at enrollment. You can change or cancel your subscription at any time through your account.
